Our groups deliverable project was creating a map that highlighted different ways people use Carleton College’s arborteum today. We drew on a variety of sources. Primarily we relied on maps from 2016 and 2012 from the Carleton website. We also used topography data from MNTopo.
Our data visualization is a web app that shows a map of the arb. Users can toggle between different layers showing walking and biking routes, fishing locations, good hammock spots, and other fun ways to explore the arb.
