I found the ArcGIS platform to be fairly easy to use, but I initially had some trouble importing data. working with CSV files was fairly straightforward but I had some trouble overlaying maps. Once I overcame that hurdle, customizing maps was both intuitive and flexible. ArcGIS is a very powerful tool for displaying coordinate data.
