Shared values:
- We will communicate in a timely manner (see communications).
- We will strive to meet deadlines.
- If we have issues, we will communicate them (see disagreements).
Shared goals:
- To create a resource for students and people in the Carleton Community that is useful to them.
- To develop our skills as Digital Humanists.
- To create a resource that inspires people to use and explore the Arb in new ways.
What will you expect from each other?
- Active participation, which involves freely sharing ideas and listening to others as well.
- Each member will contribute to the project in their own way.
- Members will be honest about when they will be able to get work done and hold themselves accountable for those deadlines.
How will you communicate?
- We will communicate through our text group chat.
- We will try our best to give timely responses.
How will your team handle disagreement?
- We will assume that everyone is communicating with positive intentions.
- We will have respectful conversations.
- We will hear out both sides of a disagreement.
- If a cohesive decision absolutely cannot be reached we will vote to reach one.
How will you divide responsibilities? Is someone responsible for calling meetings? Cleaning data? Assess and share your own strengths and weaknesses
